The software itself has been very reliable and user-friendly, making the tax preparation process smooth and efficient. It provides the tools needed to stay organized and confident when preparing returns. Maureen’s leadership, top notch! She made sure we stayed in full compliance at all times and was always available to answer questions in a timely manner.
